BUY AND BUY PROPERTIES is a husband and wife realtor team dedicated to helping people in difficult situations. They strive to improve circumstances by purchasing a distressed property and educating the owner by providing options.

As many of their competitor’s logos seemed similar, sporting the same real estate cliché look, Buy and Buy Properties desired a cleverly designed, yet simple logo that would be unique and easily recognizable.

The final logo consisted of a butterfly, comprised by mirroring a stylized B, which offered a welcome change from the ubiquitous house logos, while drawing a prospective client in with sense of clam. The butterfly also suggesting a freedom one can expect when utilizing Buy and Buy Properties' services.
